What data we collect
We collect the data you provide through the website: name, surname, email address, phone number, preferred language, dates and number of guests for your stay, notes and special requests, and the content of messages you send us.
The server also records technical browsing data (IP address, date and time, requested pages) necessary for the website to function and for security purposes.
Guest Identity Documents
For each guest, we request their first name, surname, gender, date and place of birth, nationality, and for adults, the type and number of their identity document along with a copy (photo or scan). This information is required to fulfill the legal obligation to register guests and report them to the public security authorities (Article 109 of the TULPS). This information is visible only to authorized staff members and is not publicly accessible.
The document copy is automatically deleted 7 days after departure and other guest personal information 30 days after departure, unless otherwise required by law. If the reservation is cancelled, this data is deleted immediately.

Providing the data marked as mandatory is necessary to receive your booking; without it we cannot process it.
Who we share your data with
Your data is not shared. It may be processed by suppliers who provide us with technical services (hosting and servers, email) as data processors, and disclosed to authorities when required by law.
Only if you consent to third-party content will your browser connect to Google (fonts and map) and Google will receive your IP address. See the Cookie page.
How long we retain your data
We retain your data for the time necessary to manage your booking and stay and, for accounting and tax documents, for the period required by law (typically 10 years). Messages from the contact form are retained for the time necessary to respond and manage any subsequent requests.
My account
After booking, you will receive a personal and confidential link to view your reservations and contact us. Do not share it: anyone who has it can see your data.
Phone Notifications
When you enable notifications from your personal area, your browser provides us with a technical device identifier that we use solely to send you alerts about your stay (booking, messages, menu). Notifications do not contain personal data. You can disable them at any time from the same panel or from your browser settings: the identifier will be deleted.
Your rights
You can request at any time access to your data, correction, deletion, limitation of processing, portability, and object to processing; you can withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing, without affecting processing already carried out.
