How to book

The request submitted through the website is a booking proposal: it becomes valid when the property confirms it with an email. Until confirmation, your room is not guaranteed.

If your request is not confirmed within 72 hours, or if your arrival date has passed, it will be automatically cancelled and we will notify you by email.

Rates and payment

Prices are those shown at the time of your request, per room and per night, in the currency indicated. The total includes the city tax when applicable.

To secure your booking, a deposit equal to 20% of the total is required, to be paid using the methods indicated in the confirmation email.

City Tax

The city tax is due according to local regulations. Children are exempt where applicable and do not pay the tax.

Modifications and cancellations

As long as your request is still pending confirmation, you can cancel it at any time from your personal area (the link you receive by email).

A confirmed booking can be cancelled online up to 5 days before your arrival. After this deadline, online cancellation is no longer available: please contact the property.

To request a modification (dates, guests, room), use the Request a modification button in your personal area or write to us: we will check availability and get back to you.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in: 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Check-out: by 10:00 AM. A valid form of identification is required for each guest upon arrival, as required by law.
